You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Love the sour melon!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am diabetic and always crave sour snacks. Most SF candy is awful. Because I really don't like stevia it tastes like medicine to me. Thank God for Smart Sweets especially the sour melon! There is no trace of medicine from the stevia and they are amazing. Smart Sweets other flavors are all pretty good (not a huge fan of the lemonade) but the sour melon and other sour treats are fantastic. I cannot recommend enough!
Great snack with low sugar
These are a great substitute for sugary, sour candy.
These watermelon candies are perfect to fulfill my need to eat something sweet. I like that it doesn't have very much sugar at all, but still has a sweet and sour taste that I can enjoy! I can't eat a lot of sugar in general, so these are great for me. I can eat like 3-5 and be satisfied. They are a little pricey, but it's the only candy that tastes really good and isn't too loaded in sugar. I recommend these if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth in a ‘better' way. They aren't for adults, kids love them too!
